My name is Paul Swanson, and I have just written a new novel, “A Country Mile To Par.” As the title suggests, the novel is framed around golf. I’m wondering what other golf novels members recommend.
In “A Country Mile To Par,” Dexter McCandless is a high school senior with far more gifts than the usual high school senior: an awe-inspiring, prodigious golf talent and a seemingly limitless future.
But when a painful family trauma spills out in the most public of ways, Dexter’s life on and off the course crumbles, leading him to Michael Owens, a reclusive English teacher whose shared passion for golf forms a bond between student and teacher. Name Your Best Golf Course
Because we all seem to travel from time to time, I thought it would be great to have a lists of golf courses that people would recommend. So here is what I would like for you to do, send me the name, city and state of your favorite. Be it what ever your reason is, ease of play, cost of a round, pro shop or great bar. I think you get the idea.
Once I start getting a list, I will put a nice report together so that we can share it with all our visitors. So what do you say guys send me your favorite golf course info from anywhere in the world and I’ll build us a list.
